DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TERMINATING DATA TRANSMISSION IN EARLY STAGE

PURPOSE: A device and a method for terminating the data transmission in an early stage are provided to save a bandwidth of an ATA(Advanced Technology Attachment) interface by reducing time on a termination step of data burst on a system playing/storing a real-time data stream. CONSTITUTION: A data transmitter(431) transmits the data from the first device to the second device. On a state that the data transmitter transmits the data, a data transmitting stopper(432) stops the data transmission temporarily after transmitting the additional data, and retransmits the data again. An additional data number calculator(433) calculates the number of the additional data. On the state that the data transmitter transmits the data, a data transmission early terminator(434) terminates the data transmission in the early stage by subtracting the time needed to transmit the additional data.
