PURPOSE: A label is attached to a transferring product automatically, thereby reducing label attaching time and improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A label attaching device comprises a conveyor(15) to transfer a packaged product. A label is provided indicating information about the product. A label attaching unit(10) is installed to attach label on the transferred product on the conveyor line. The label attaching unit is installed adjacent the conveyor belt. The label attaching unit comprises a detecting portion(16,18) to detect the position of the product. A printing portion is provided to print information about the product to the label.
