Values of voltages and currents and their initial phases are measured under normal operating conditions at beginning and end of rail track circuit Values of and then are calculated successively by measured values, complex resistance of rail line on length of 1 km is measured and complex ballast resistance on 1 km of length is found . EFFECT: possibility of checking resistance of rail line and ballast without interruption of operation of track circuit. |
