FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making articulation ends resection, producing openings in femoral meta-epiphyses, introducing nonresolving threads via condylar openings and fixing transplant on both sides of femoral condyles in pairwise arrangement of fixing points on posterior segment of condyle surface under load, on upper patellofemoral articulation surface and in intercondylar space where unit for connecting threads is placed. EFFECT: reliable fixation; excluded neurovascular fascicle injuries. |
