FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing soil tillage by means of movable reversing tillage tools. Machine has power unit, wheels, reversing working tools and drive for working tools. Working tools have self-rotating main and additional shafts and rotation angle restricting devices providing rotation in two planes. Working tools are made in the form rollers, clod crushers, hoe or roller-type moldboard made from parts of used tires. Additional working tools are made in the form of plow bodies, disks and/or bulldozer blade, dagger-shaped hoe, mellower, hiller or rake. Machine wheels are made from used tire or tire parts or equipped with strip of used tire provided with tenons. In case contaminated or infected soil is to be tilled, plowing depth may be increased and machine width may be reduced.
