FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka has the following ratio of components per 1 000 dal: fructose, 2.8-3.2 kg; tartaric acid, 0.08-0.12 kg; coconut chips an aqueous-alcoholic solution of the 1-st blend prepared by infusion of 0.08-0.12 kg of coconut chips with 0.8-1.2 l of an aqueous-alcoholic liquid with strength 50% for 5 days, 1.2-1.6 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 17.0-17.5 l; an aqueous- alcoholic liquid, the balance, to strength 40%. Proposed invention allows preparing vodka of high quality enriched with biologically active components and eliciting taste with almond tint, vodka aroma and light almond tint.
