FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration to spine interspinous ligament layer at the level L1-L5 the complex medicinal mixture consisting of 32 U of lydazum, 4 mf of dexamethasone, 100 mg of lidocaine, 2 ml of tramal diluted with 40% glucose solution to volume 6 ml. Procedure is repeated 5 times with break for 48 h. Invention promotes to the enhanced arresting lymphatic edemas due to improvement of lymph-venous relations in the lower limbs region. Invention can be used in treatment of lower limbs lymphedema accompanying with development of lymph-venous insufficiency, edemas, chronic pain syndrome.
