FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for treatment of localized and disseminated form of Ewing's sarcoma. Before onset of treatment bioptic material is taken in the patient from tumor wherein glucocorticoid receptors are assayed in tumor cytosol fraction and lactate dehydrogenase activity is determined in serum blood. In the case of lactate dehydrogenase activity exceeding physiological norm and in the presence of glucocorticoid receptors aminoglutethimide is used by oral route in the dose 60 mg, 2-4 times per a day. Method provides increasing duration and quality of life by the process stabilization, complete or partial regression of tumor and metastasis.
