FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out posterolateral access to deformity apex from convex curved vertebral column side to fibrous rings of intervertebral disks. 4-5 intervertebral disks together with 4-5 nuclei, apophyses of adjacent vertebrae, costal segments with cartilaginous heads to rib angle with costal transverse articulations and intervertebral articulations are sequentially removed and longitudinal ligament is transected. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment if initial deformity is between 70 and 140 deg. 3 dwg |
