FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves stretching musculus biceps femoris, cutting iliotibial tract, excising kneepan from the tibia, setting crus, mobilizing distal part of musculus quadriceps femoris together with the kneepan, longitudinally cutting musculus rectus femoris from the superior kneepan pole in frontal plane in proximal direction, excising proximal portion of flap, tendon, overthrowing it over the kneepan and suturing to tibial tuberosity. EFFECT: excluded dislocation recurrence. |
