FIELD: chemical technology, nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for processing soda- potash solution, namely to processing soda-potash solution prepared from nepheline ore containing alkali with low potassium alkali index value. Method for processing soda-potash solution prepared from nepheline ore with low potassium alkali index value involves concentrating evaporation of soda-potash solution, its following evaporation and isolation of soda monohydrate as a precipitate, isolation of potassium sulfate from soda monohydrate mother liquor, isolation of anhydrous soda from potassium sulfate mother liquor. Excess of carbonate potassium alkali feeding to the process with the parent nepheline soda-potash solution is converted to potassium sulfate by its conversion with measured amount of sodium sulfate solution or sulfuric acid added to the process at stage of isolation of potassium sulfate from soda monohydrate mother liquor. Anhydrous soda prepared at the second stage of technological cycle is subjected for purification from carbonate, potassium sulfate and chloride impurities by its conversion in the parent soda-potash solution at stage of its concentrating evaporation and all soda is isolated as impurity-free soda monohydrate.
