FIELD: medicine, neurology, restorative medicine, neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: under roentgen control one should carry out carheterization of epidural space through inferior sacral opening. Catheter's distal end is directed towards pathological section of vertebral column, and its proximal part is applied under the skin to be withdrawn above the site of puncture onto the level of superior edge of ilium and sutured to the skin. Then bacterial filter is switched on to perform prolonged local supply of medicinal preparations to pathological site. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 3 dwg, 2 ex
