FIELD: varnish-and-paint industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing basic dyes of xanthene, methyne, polymethyne, di- and triarylmethane series in liquid commercial form. Composition for preparing liquid form of basic dye containing dye base (20-60%), acetic acid (15-40%), nonionic dispersant (0.2-1.0%), contains, as nonionic dispersant, product of condensation of ethylene oxide with higher fatty alcohols having crowding temperature of 1% solution in 5% sodium chloride solution equal to 86-96 C. Dye base is characterized by 0.5 to 40% moisture content. EFFECT: reduced foaming during continuous dyeing operations, increased stability of diluted solutions upon storage, improved compatibility in formulations with base dyes of azine, oxazine, acridine, triazole, triazine, benzothiazole, and polymethyne series. 3 cl, 3 tbl, 4 ex |
