FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of laminate sleeve-type articles. SUBSTANCE: blank of envelope of laminate articles is in the form of hollow double-wall bushing; it has outer and inner cylindrical branch pipes mutually joined through toroidal portion. At one side between outer branch pipe and toroidal portion and at other side between toroidal portion and inner branch pipe there are outer and inner inlet portions in the form of hollow truncated bodies of revolution whose cavities have height-variable diameter. Cavity of outer inlet portion has diameter increasing towards cylindrical branch pipes; cavity of inner inlet portion has diameter decreasing towards cylindrical branch pipes. EFFECT: possibility for reducing deforming effort at initial time moment of calibrating builtup blanks, improved quality of blanks without distortion of their contours. 4 dwg |
