FIELD: preservation of grain with the use of organic preservatives. SUBSTANCE: method involves thinning propionic acid with anolyte and applying solution onto grain; before thinning procedure, introducing into propionic acid preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella globulifera micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. EFFECT: reliable grain storage method. |
