FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with manual removing the blockade in pelvic articulations, then functional vertebral blocking is performed. Then one should lengthen that leg by 1-1.5 cm which was shorter before liquidation of sacroiliac blocking due to orthopedic shoes, for 2-4 mo till fixed part of costal deformation and scoliosis escape in patient's vertical position under conditions of no pelvic curving. The method enables to remove blocking in sacroiliac and pubic articulations and residual fixed costal deformation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex |
