FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: under ultrasound control with the help of bipolar electrode applied towards lesion site one should perform electrochemical lysis (ECL) of metastasis with direct current of 80 mA, not less power and 30 min, not less duration. It is necessary to visualize echopositive neoplasm and ECL seance should be stopped at the presence of echopositive neoplasm being of rounded shape in metastasis area, at its complete coverage and capture of 5-10 mm normal hepatic parenchyma. Treatment is considered to efficient at stable size of echopositive neoplasm after ECL for 24 h. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 dwg, 1 ex |
