FIELD: food and medicinal industry. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining immunostimulant out of nervous tissue of sea hydrobionts. Frozen raw material (nervous tissue of Cephalopoda-type mollusks such as squids, cuttlefishes, octopuses; brain of sea mammalians such as white whales, spermacet whales, whales, walruses, seals, bearded seals; brain of fishes such as salmons, sturgeons, herrings, cods, flatfishes, basses) should be frozen out, reduced, extracted with 3%-acetic acid solution by adding zinc chloride, then it should be centrifuged to separate supernatant and isolate target product due to ultrafiltration and diafiltration carried out in two stages upon two membranes at different limits for molecular weight. Immunostimulant obtained according to the present innovation has got precisely restricted limits by molecular weight being from 1000 to 10000-15000 D, it is of higher immunological activity against immunostimulant obtained by prototype-method and, additionally, it is of antioxidant and cholinergic capacities.
