FIELD: laser engineering; solid-state laser manufacture. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes arrangement of sealing stacks assembled of fluoroplastic-indium-fluoroplastic layers between both ends of pump flashtube and laser cooler body, plastic predeformation of sealing stacks by heating them to 75-85 C followed by their compression during which compression forces are first gradually built up from 0 to 50 kg with compressed gas supplied at a rate of 1 2 kg/min and final compression at force of 50 kg within minimum 30 min. In this way compressive force is gradually built up and maintained at same level under plastic deformation of sealing gaskets during entire cycle of flashtube installation. EFFECT: provision for using both neutral and chemically active cooling liquids in solid-state lasers. 1 cl, 1 dwg |
