FIELD: medicine, urology, endocrinology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with decreasing the levels of prolactin, somatotropic hormone (STH), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), cortisol, 17beta-estradiol, 5alphadihydrotestosterone, insulin, glucagons, glucose in blood plasma to an empty stomach, 1.25(OH)2D3, epidermal growth factor (EGF), factor of tumor necrosis alpha, interleukin 1 alpha, interleukin 1 beta, interleukin 6 due to individual matching the dose of testosterone preparation to normalize luteinizing hormone (LH) levels, those of total testosterone, free testosterone, globulin binding sex hormones, index of free androgens, 5alpha-dihydrotestosterone, 17beta-estradiol and restore impulse LH secretion and total testosterone. The method enables to affect pathogenetic aspects of obesity prophylaxis. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. |
