FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed car for carrying automobiles has frame 1 with side uprights 2 and two-tier floor, both tires of which are made with lowered part in base zone of car. Upper tier 4 is installed for adjustment in height. For purpose side uprights are provided with locking devices. Upper tier is made detachable consisting of hinge connected three horizontal-central and side ones, and two inclined sections. Hinge units connecting central and inclined sections are provided with devices to compensate for horizontal displacement of sections.
