FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preparing nutrient media for culturing microorganisms. Method involves boiling alfalfa green mass sap as a source of protein-containing solution for 3-5 min, cooling, separation of supernatant by centrifugation or filtration followed by pH value of supernatant is brought about to 7.0-7,2, its diluting with water in the ratio 1:1 by volume and chalk is added in the amount 0.5% by mass. Mixture is autoclaved at temperature 120 C for 30 min. EFFECT: expanded assortment of nutrient media for culturing microorganisms, simplified technology for their preparing. 1 tbl |
