FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has upper and lower double-ray frames shaped as dental row and connected to each other with rivets on one side to allow rotation of the upper frame relative to the lower one when placing wax or other imprint substance between them, bushing serving for fixing the upper and lower frames centers and a unit for approaching and separating frame rays having rotating axle placed in the bushing and rotating strips having clamps mounted on frame rays. The device has mesinger for pointing out cosmetic center when being placed in patient oral cavity. The unit for approaching and separating frame rays is designed as holder having two openings in one of which the mesinger is mounted, rotating axle being in the other one. One end of the rotating strips is rotatable about holder pins and the second one about the pins in the clamps rigidly mounted on both rays of the lower frame.
