The invention relates to a method for the autonomous setting of the measuring point of an automatic clutch contained in the drive train of a vehicle, during the operation of the vehicle. Said method comprises the following steps: a) pre-setting of the measuring point value to an initial value that lies outside a tolerance range, b) pre-setting of a predetermined number of measuring-point setting-requirement bytes to a requirement value, c) detection of at least one operating parameter of the vehicle, d) triggering of the setting of a measuring point, when the operating parameter achieves a predetermined value, e) shifting of the clutch to a first measuring point setting, f) saving of the actual value determined for the measuring point, g) comparison of the actual value of the measuring point with the tolerance range, h) deletion of the first measuring-point setting-requirement byte, if the actual value determined for the measuring point lies within the tolerance range, and i) repetition of steps c) to h), according to the number of pre-set measuring-point setting requirements. |
