PURPOSE: A UE(User Equipment) using unused capacity in a data field of an SB(Special Burst) is provided to use unused channel capacity during the transmission of the SB. CONSTITUTION: The UE uses the unused capacity of a wireless communication channel. The UE uses data fields of an SB in order to transmit a physical layer control signal for coordination between a node B and the UE. The control signal includes the improved reception of the SB, and includes an any physical layer control signal or transmission power control commands for coordination between the UE and the node B for synchronization timing advance or reconfiguration of the physical channel.
