ENERGY SAVING-TYPE ELECTRIC BOILER

PURPOSE: An energy saving-type electric boiler is provided to execute heating of high efficiency at low cost and to facilitate the maintenance. CONSTITUTION: In an energy saving-type electric boiler(1), a heater(4) heated by electricity is installed in a hot well(2) on which combining tube bodies(3) are projected to combine the ends of a heating water tube and thus water in the hot well is heated. Indirect heating units(5), in which heaters are installed at each different angles, are installed inside the hot well. In the indirect heating unit, heater built-in pipes, to which the heaters are combined, are welded to the inner lower ends of pipe bodies(6) welded to the hot well, to form heating chambers on the sides of the heater built-in pipes. A cover is welded to ends of the pipe body. A filing pipe body(11) with a control valve(10) is arranged to the cover to make the inside of the pipe body vacuous. A heat medium is injected into the vacuous pipe body and atmospheric circulation is executed in the pipe body by the heating of the heater. Radiant fins are fixed to the surface of the pipe body to quickly spread the latent heat, produced by the repetitive evaporation and liquefaction of the heat medium, to the water of the hot well.
