PULSE VALVE FOR DUST COLLECTOR

PURPOSE: Provided is a pulse valve for a dust collector, wherein the pulse valve is designed in such a way that only the pulse valve having a failure does not operate but other normal pulse valves normally operate without shut down of the whole plant when any pulse valve of a plurality of pulse valves has a failure. CONSTITUTION: The pulse valve comprises a diaphragm; an air injection hole; an air suction hole; a casing(113) with a plate check valve(115), an air line(116) and a vent(114); a coupling member(120) penetrating an upper portion of the casing(113), being located above the plate check valve(115) and moving up and down; a sensing unit with a sensing bar(125) connected to the coupling member(120) at an end and provided with a closing plate(126) at the other end thereof for closing the vent(114) when the coupling member(120) moves down; a damper inserted in the air hole for opening and closing the air hole; a masking unit with an operation rod connected to the damper; and a coupling unit with an operation key to be coupled to a fixed key of the sensing bar(125) of the sensing unit.
