PURPOSE: A three-way automatic locking valve for simplifying structure of reverse osmosis water purifier and blocking or opening raw water as occasion demands without power supply such as private power station is provided, and a reverse osmosis water purification system using the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The three-way automatic locking valve(10) comprises a raw water supply port(12) formed at one side of the body so that raw water is supplied into the body of the three-way automatic locking valve(10) through the raw water supply port(12); a discharge port(14) formed on another side of the body and connected to the raw water supply port(12) to circulate raw water to various filters; an inflow port(16) formed on an upper side of the body so that purified water flown in purified water tank is supplied through the inflow port(16); a spacer(3) which is formed at the central side of the body, and in which the raw water supply port(12) is connected to another end of the discharge port(14) and the inflow port(16); and a plunger(4) which is formed in such a shape that an upper part of the plunger(4) is wide while a lower part of the plunger(4) is narrow so that the plunger is positioned at the central side of the spacer(3), an upper part of which is fixed to the spacer(3) in such a way that the upper part of the plunger is sealed in an inner upper part of the spacer(3) by an upper diaphragm(5), and a lower part thereof is fixed to the spacer(3) in such a way that the lower part of the plunger is sealed in an inner lower part of the spacer(3) where another end of the raw water supply port(12) and discharge port(14) is positioned at by a lower diaphragm(6).
