PURPOSE: A power source control circuit of an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) is provided to allow various logic such as fail safe and power latch to be easily implemented in hardware by connecting an PNP transistor to an input line of a control power voltage regulator in an EPS(Electric Power Steering) system for a vehicle, connecting a plurality of NPN transistors in series and parallel to drive the PNP transistor, and driving the transistors depending on intermitting signals output from various lines such as MCU(Micro Control Unit) to intermit control power of the ECU. CONSTITUTION: A circuit includes a voltage regulator(10) receiving power of a battery following switching on of a relay, and generating fixed voltage used in components of an EPS system including an ECU; and a transistor part(20) including a PNP transistor(Qm) connected with an input line of the voltage regulator and switched on/off to allow the voltage regulator to intermit power of the ECU, and a plurality of NPN transistors(Qp1s1,Qp1s2-Qp1sn) connected with a base terminal of the PNP transistor in series and parallel and switched on/off by various intermitting signals output from an MCU, an ignition power line and the relay to switch on/off the PNP transistor.
