PURPOSE: A folder-type mobile phone embedding a camera is provided to form a display unit at a right angle to a photographing angle of the camera. CONSTITUTION: An upper folder(100) has a display unit(120) and an earpiece at its internal side. The display unit(120) receives an image signal and outputs the image signal. The earpiece outputs a received sound signal. A lower folder(200) has a keypad and a transmitting unit at its internal side, and has a camera(210) at its external side. The keypad inputs various signals including numbers and characters. The transmitting unit converts an inputted sound into a sound signal. The camera(210) forms a photographing angle in a direction vertical with a length direction of the upper folder(100) when the upper folder(100) is opened.
