PURPOSE: A prosthetics composition containing a collagen-catechin complex is provided, which has high resistance to collagenase and high oxidation resistance and shows no cytotoxicity when it is injected into a soft tissue of a human body. CONSTITUTION: The prosthetics composition contains 50 to 500 parts by weight of a collagen-catechin complex comprising: collagen; and catechin selected from the group consisting of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG), epigallocatechin (EGC), epichine(EC), epicatechin gallate(ECG), gallocatechin(GC), gallocatechin gallate(GCG), catechin gallate(CG), and green tea polyphenolis(GTP), based on 100 parts by weight of polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, dermatan sulfate, and heparin sulfate.
