PURPOSE: A method and system for supplying delinquent information is provided to supply an accurate delinquent information by updating an address and telephone DB of delinquents. CONSTITUTION: An arrear manager(300) is connected to a financial institution(100) and a wire/wireless telephone businessman(200) through a network. The arrear manager(300) manages a delinquent DB and a telephone subscriber DB in an integrated database connected to the financial institution(100) and the wire/wireless telephone businessman(200) through a network, and creates a delinquent DB and a contact impossible delinquent DB now in use. The arrear manager(300) includes the follow elements. The integrated database includes delinquent information and telephone subscriber information connected to a financial institution and a wire/wireless telephone businessman through a network. A DBMS(Database Management System) manages data of the integrated database. An arrear managing server creates delinquent information.
