PURPOSE: A packing box is provided, which is simply assembled or disassembled, thus preventing low productivity, and which occupies a reduced area during transportation and storage, thus reducing transportation and storage costs. CONSTITUTION: The packing box comprises: a base portion(10) having at least one folding line for convenient transport and storage; a stiffener(13) extending from the base portion(10); a first lateral portion(14) having a folding line at its portion connected with the base portion(10); a second lateral portion(15) having a connection hole(16) at a predetermined position; and a connection member having an extension unit(18) and a support unit(19) inserted into and connected to the connection hole(16).
