PURPOSE: Provided is a microbial material which improves soil, keeps soil fertility and promotes plant growth by using soil microbes containing trace element-supplying regulator, plant growth regulator and plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria. CONSTITUTION: The mineral material, biofertilizer, contains beneficial soil microbes such as Lactobacillus sp. EN-SA01 with the solubility to phosphate, Saccharomyces sp. bio-active materials supplying EN-SA02, Actinomyces sp. EN-SAO3 producing antibiotic materials, Rhodobacter sp. EN-SAPH preventing bacteria growth and promoting plant growth, and Bacillus sp. EN-SA05. The microbial material is prepared by culturing the above microbes in a medium containing organic nitrogen and carbon sources, mixing with rice hull, and drying until the number of cells gets to 10¬9-10¬10CFG/g. |
