PURPOSE: Provided is an electrocoagulation reactor being capable of preventing vortex near an inlet pipe exhaust, thereby equalizing wastewater flow. CONSTITUTION: The reactor comprises a lower casing(110) with a space in which coagulated matter is settled, an upper casing(120) of cylinder-shape having an outlet(121) and being combined with the lower casing(110), an inlet pipe(130) externally penetrating the upper casing(110) at the center portion thereof for introducing wastewater into the lower casing(110), a plurality of electroplates(140) concentrically arranged to the center of the inlet pipe(130) and connected to a power supply unit for forming electric field, and a dam member(150) distanced from the front end of the inlet pipe(130).
