PURPOSE: Provided is an organic fertilizer having alkaline reaction in the soil which prevents soil acidification and environmental pollution by using food waste and natural minerals. CONSTITUTION: The organic fertilizer is manufactured by the following steps of: (i) adding 10-30pts.wt of calcined lime to 100pts.wt. of food waste at 100-180deg.C of reaction heat, and controlling the moisture content of mixture to be 40±5%; (ii) adding 40-60pts.wt. of at least one natural mineral selected from coquina, wollastonite and germanium to 100pts.wt. of mixture of step(i) to be 25±5% of moisture content; (iii) adding 10-30pts.wt of at least one natural mineral selected from kaolin, yellow earth, silica, montmorillonite, bentonite and dolomite to 100pts.wt.of mixture of step(ii) to be 13±5% of moisture content; (iv) forming the mixture to a size of 0.3-0.5mm; and (v) drying it to be 13±5% of moisture content. |
