PURPOSE: A propeller shaft coupling method for a vehicle is provided to improve static twist strength and endurance of the propeller shaft by coupling the propeller shaft through a circular hot press-fitting method. CONSTITUTION: A metal insert(12) is inserted into a composite material tube(10) of a propeller shaft. Then, a metal connector(14) is heated. After that, the composite material tube(10) of the propeller shaft having the metal insert(12) is hot press-fitted into the metal connector(14). At this time, a width of the metal insert(12) is identical to a length of the composite material tube(10) inserted into the metal connector(14). When performing the hot press-fitting process, the metal connector(14) is heated up to 360deg.C by using a band heater in such a manner that the composite material tube(10) is prevented from being burnt.
