ELECTRIC HOME APPLIANCES NETWORK SYSTEM HAVING DATABASE MANAGER AND CONNECTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An electric home appliances network system having a database manager and a connecting method thereof are provided to interlock information of electric home appliances stored in a portal server and connect the portal server to the electric home appliances effectively. CONSTITUTION: A database(11) includes electric home appliances related information. A web page interface unit(12) displays information stored in the database(11) and implements a web page capable of inputting the electric home appliances related information. An application program(13) processes information inputted through the web page interface unit(12). A communication unit(14) transmits/receives data to an external network. A database manager(15) stores information processed in the application program(13) and information received through the communication unit(14). A plurality of electric home appliances are connected to the portal server through an external network and interlocked in accordance with information stored in the database(11) of the portal server.
