PURPOSE: A complex heat exchanger is provided to have the structure enduring high gas cooling and evaporating pressure when carbon dioxide is used as refrigerant, to firmly fix heat exchanging units, to reduce the number of parts and improve assembling efficiency and productivity, and to miniature the structure and increase heat exchanging efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A complex heat exchanger is composed of at least two heat exchanging units including a pair of header pipes(41,42), a plurality of tubes of which both ends are connected to the header pipes and separated at a predetermined interval, and a radiating fin disposed to the tubes; a header joint member(50) for combining the header pipes adjacent to each heat exchanging unit; and a cap(60) combined to the adjacent header pipes to cover the header joint member. The header joint member includes inserting units(53,54) inserted into each header pipe to have hollow parts(51,52); a connecting unit(55) for mutually connecting the inserting units; and at least one reinforcing member welded to the outer peripheral surfaces of the header pipes extended and combined from the connecting unit between inserting units.
