PURPOSE: An antenna connector for a portable terminal is provided to enhance the transmission sensitivity and the reception sensitivity by connecting the portable antenna to an external antenna. CONSTITUTION: An antenna connector for a portable terminal includes a connector housing(100) and a ground member(110). A ground plate is coupled to an upper end of the connector housing(100) by using a screw. A connector terminal(104) is coupled to a predetermined position of the ground plate. The connected terminal(104) is connected to a cable terminal of the antenna. An insulated conductor is formed within the connector terminal(104) in order to be connected to a feeding line of the portable terminal. The ground member(110) is connected to a ground part of the portable terminal and the ground plate.
