PURPOSE: Provided is a radiator for a portable electric heater increased in a heat radiating surface by winding a heat radiating fin on the outside of a pipe at regular intervals and then coupling the second and third pipes. Therefore, it is manufactured economically, simply installed and maintained and has enhanced heat radiating effect. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiating fin(9) having excellent thermal conductivity is fixed to the surface of a pipe(2) at regular intervals while winding to amplify heat generated from an electric heater(4) and radiating. A suitable amount of a thermal medium is infused into the vacuum pipe through an inlet pipe(7) and then circulated by heating the electric heater.
