PURPOSE: An apparatus for dissembling and assembling neck ring of roll chock is provided to disassemble neck ring on the outer circumferential surface of which a plurality of grooves are formed from coupling ring of the chock and assemble the neck ring into the coupling ring of the chock promptly and simply. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a rotation body(10) mounted on a base(152) on which the neck ring is put in such a way that the neck ring is supported by the base(152) so that the rotation body(10) is rotated to a side of the neck ring; a cylinder for rotating the rotation body(10); a moving stand(30) mounted on the rotation body(10) and moved longitudinally; a driving motor(40) for moving the moving stand(30); a moving plate mounted on the moving stand(30) so that the moving plate is moved in a rotational direction of the moving stand(30); a cylinder(50) for moving the moving plate; a rotational cylinder(70) mounted on the moving plate so that the rotational cylinder(70) is axially rotated around a moving direction of the moving plate; a driving motor(78) for rotating the rotational cylinder(70); and a neck ring fastening member(80) which is mounted on the rotational cylinder(70), and on a front end part of which a plurality of fasteners(86) are longitudinally arranged in radius and circumferential directions from the center, wherein the respective fasteners(86) are elastically supported to a side of the front end part of the neck ring fastening member(80) by spring.
