PURPOSE: A construction method of a gabion mattress with vegetation earth core rolls is provided to easily and efficiently execute construction work of vegetation earth at a bank and execute the construction work by an environment-friendly method. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a gabion mattress with vegetation earth core rolls comprises steps of installing gabion wire-cages(110) to a job-site and forming each section(140) by interconnecting each wire-cages(120,130); arranging vegetation earth core rolls to each section of the gabion mattress to provide conditions under which plants grow; and covering the vegetation earth core rolls, arranged to each section of the gabion mattress, with the gabion wire-cages to fix the vegetation earth core rolls.
