摘要 PURPOSE: A coordinate converting system of 3D image and measuring point and a method thereof are provided to easily convert a coordinate by using a reference frame. CONSTITUTION: A coordinate converting system includes a horizontal plate(12), on which a leveler(13) is installed, and a true north plate(14), on which a compass(15) is installed. A reference frame(10) is positioned adjacent to an object(2). A laser scanner(20) is provided to radiate laser beam while rotating by a predetermined angle. The laser scanner(20) receives light reflected from the object(2), the horizontal plate(12) and the true north plate(14). The laser scanner(20) is supported by a supporter(30). A computer(40) detects a 3D position image of the object(2) by using 3D position information of the object(2).
