PURPOSE: A stretch exercise device is provided, which is structurally simplified and is capable of adjusting stretching loads until the maximum exercise load is reached and allows the person to perform stretch exercises in a full range of motion, thereby promoting the growth and development of the user and ergonomically correcting posture or figure, in an easy and cost-effective manner. CONSTITUTION: The stretch exercise device(100) comprises: a frame(10); a seat member(30) installed on a top face of the frame(10) so as to allow the user to lie; an ankle fixing member(50) capable of selectively reciprocating back and forth with respect to the frame(10); a sliding member(70) for actuating the ankle fixing member(50) to reciprocate back and forth with respect to the frame(10) for stretching stiffened body; and a height adjusting member(90) for selectively moving the ankle fixing member(50) to be adapted to user's height.
