STRUCTURE FOR INSTALLING DIODE OF FIELD COIL ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: Installation structure of a diode for a field coil assembly is provided to prevent back electromotive force and current in conducting by fixing the diode in the field coil assembly, and to increase the productivity by assembling easily with mounting the diode in the sleeve and inserting the lead wire of the diode to the lead wire installation groove. CONSTITUTION: A field coil assembly comprises a housing; a bobbin embedded in the housing and composed of a protruded connection part protruded from the housing; a coil contained in the bobbin and fastened to the protruded connection part of the bobbin; and a sleeve(40) having an outer lead wire(10) for applying current to the coil. A diode(20) is formed in the sleeve to prevent back electromotive force and current, and placed between terminals(12,12'). Both lead wires of the diode are fastened to the terminals by soldering or fitting to lead wire insertion grooves.
