PURPOSE: To provide a clamping nut, a tool holder having this nut, and a spanner for clamping the clamping nut for improving rotational efficiency by preventing fastening force from acting inside in the radial direction on a converting part formed on the inner periphery of the clamping nut, when rotating the clamping nut. CONSTITUTION: In the clamping nut 50, an annular groove 59 non-contacting with the spanner 100 is formed in an annular shape along the outer periphery in at least a part of an area corresponding to a female screw 51 of an outer peripheral part of the clamping nut 50. In the spanner 120, a noncontact area 122 non-contacting with at least a part of the area corresponding to the female screw 51 of the clamping nut 50 is formed in an annular shape along a gripping part in the gripping part for gripping the outer peripheral part of the clamping nut 50. |
