KOJIC ACID DERIVATIVES, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND THE USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Kojic acid derivatives, a preparation method thereof and the use thereof are provided. The kojic acid derivatives have improved stability to water, low color change, and tyrosinase activity, and are thus useful for whitening the skin. CONSTITUTION: A kojic acid derivative represented by the formula(1) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided, wherein R is -H or -CH3; and n is an integer of 1 to 400. A kojic acid derivative represented by the formula(2) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided, wherein R is -H or -CH3; and n is an integer of 1 to 30. A kojic acid derivative represented by the formula(3) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided, wherein R1 and R2 are -H or -CH3; and n is an integer of 1 to 120. A method for preparing the kojic acid derivatives comprises esterification of an alcohol group of kojic acid and polyethylene glycol methyl ether of succinic acid.
