PURPOSE: A select pin assembly structure of a manual transmission is provided to reduce the number of parts and assembling processes and cut down cost by vertically fitting a select pin into an inserting hole formed at a housing and fixing the select pin to the housing by a spring pin, to minimize assembly tolerance by generating tolerance in assembling the select pin and the inserting hole, and accordingly to accurately transmit operating force of a shift lever to the manual transmission. CONSTITUTION: A select pin assembly structure of a manual transmission is composed of a select pin(54) rotatively inserted with a select lever(52) for transmitting the select operating force of a shift lever(60) to the manual transmission; a housing(50) having a fitting hole inserted with a portion of the select pin; and a spring pin(56) inserted into the housing and the select pin at the same time to fix the select pin to the housing. The select pin includes a through-hole(54a) penetrated in the axially crossed direction and the housing has a spring pin inserting groove(51b) inserted with the spring pin to pass the spring pin through the through-hole.
