PURPOSE: A bed mattress is provided, which has the same medical efficacy of hot spring by continuously supplying a user with radium radiations which are beneficial to human health. CONSTITUTION: The bed mattress(1) with a mattress body(2) having a plurality of springs(3), a cushion layer(4) and a fabric cover(5) covering the mattress body(2) and the cushion layer(4), comprises: a plurality of powder caps(200) each having a predetermined space disposed at constant intervals; and radium powder(300) integrally sealed into the space of the mattress(1), so that radium radiations are continuously supplied.
